| Dear John,“I sent you an email after you spoke at the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers’ Association AGM last year and told you that I was very keen to use some of your insights in to my quest to lose weight permanently. After battling with it for 20 years and given that my target of weight to lose was 30kg I thought the odds were a bit slim to achieve what I set as my goal. It’s now been 8 months and I’ve totally changed my lifestyle, I exercise at least 4 times a week, am now the fittest that I’ve ever been and I’ve lost over 15 kg. The biggest change is that all of this is now a part of my life, I don’t look at it as having to do the exercise or diet – I regard it as rewarding myself with the care that I’ve needed all my life.
I’ve replaced my old habits with new ones that help me achieve my goals of having a fitter healthier body. The first step was your seminar. While I felt logically that I could achieve it, I didn’t really believe it deep down. I wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for what you did for me. While it’s not a gold medal at some sporting event – for me it’s so much more valuable. You’ve added years on to my life I think and made me feel better about myself than I have for year.”
